ABOUT
About Me
I am an IACP Pre-Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with a deep commitment to supporting clients through their unique challenges.
I hold a BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Institute for Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP). My training enables me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, ensuring that our work together is responsive to your individual needs.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years working in Genetics, specialising in testing Irish families for rare disorders. This experience gave me a profound respect for the complexity of human experience, resilience, and vulnerability — all of which inform my therapeutic work today.
My Approach
A strong therapeutic relationship is the basis from which clients can explore their patterns of relating to others and how these affect their own sense of self. As an integrative psychotherapist, my approach is tailored to each client’s needs, drawing on appropriate techniques to promote positive change in their well-being.
Our early attachments shape how we relate to others and how we view ourselves. In therapy, we gently explore these relational patterns, bringing awareness to ways of coping that may no longer serve you.
My role is not to judge or direct you, but to walk alongside you — truly listen, be curious, and thoughtfully challenge where needed. Together, we can create space for deeper understanding, self-compassion and meaningful change.
